• All sites are done using Front Page to make it easier for clients on a budget, wanting a "easy to learn" way to update their own images, text, links page, etc..
• Since Front Page helps automate creating forms, I do not charge for adding one basic form to your site if you are using an ISP with the Server Extensions installed.  *I only charge for creating a basic form, if I have to write the html and upload to your cgi bin, this can be very time consuming.

• Pricing for custom work (Custom graphics, buttons, navigation bars, backgrounds etc..) is evaluated on your needs and requirements. The total price is based on those requirements.
• Changes & updates to your site after it has been posted are priced according to the extent of the change. Example: If you change your e-mail address within the first year, there is no charge.
• If you want a Guestbook or Message Forum without banner ads, I can set it up using Front Page. Your ISP must support Front Page Extensions in order for your Guestbook or Forum to work. (The Guestbook and Forum are totally yours and runs off your server)  Pinnacle offers Front Page Extensions, plus I give a 20.95 discount on your web design if you are a   Pinnacle Mall customer.
• If you would like to use a Guestbook from  Free Website Tools and Services by Bravenet, you sign up, send me your Bravenet username and password, so I can do the editing and I'll link it to your site for free. There is a charge to Edit your Free Guestbook with your custom background and logo unless included with package.
• Pricing for the installation of other services offered from Free Website Tools and Services by Bravenet will depend on the simplicity or complexity of the service unless included with package.
• Extra Scanning of photos, $5.00 each
• Estimated cost of additional pages $75/page over package. This can vary more or less depending on the complexity and content.
• If you would like to have a "link exchange page" and need me to maintain it, I will add links for you at the price of $2.00 per link, updated monthly.
• Submission of site to some of the major search engines included for clients.
